Making an electronic check payment is convenient, easy and free! It is also safe as this site provides a secure payment portal for making online payments. Please review the following guidelines in order to process your payment successfully:

• Have your Sun Realty reservation number on hand. If you have not received one or cannot locate yours please call Sun Realty at 800-334-4745. Reservation numbers typically begin with an 8 and are 7 digits.
• Please allow a minimum of 10 days PRIOR to your arrival date for check processing.
• We are unable to process Credit Card Convenience checks or Line of Credit/Equity checks.
• If you receive an error message while processing a payment using a Money Market or Credit Union checking account please contact your bank for ACH processing assistance.
• There is a $10,000 limit per payment.
• There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
